Returns and Exchanges

Online Returns Policy

It's important to all of us here at Scarborough’s that you really love your purchase! We process our returns every Tuesday and Thursday.

Please note you will only be issued a credit note for items that are returned due to change of mind, incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit and/or style of the item. We do not offer exchanges. 

If you buy a product that you are unhappy with then we are able to offer you the following as long as your purchase is returned to us within 14 days of purchase:

Full priced items: Credit note for you to purchase an alternative product online.

Sale or discounted item: Credit note for you to purchase an alternative product online.

This policy is in accordance with Australian consumer law. 

 

Please follow the steps below to complete a Scarborough’s return

  1. Please contact us by email, sale@scarboroughs.com.au for return authority number and form.
  2. Please send the return along with the completed form to the following address with 21 days of purchase.

We do not cover the postage charge for returned items. We also recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Scarborough’s will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items.

  1. Upon receipt of the returned items and returns form we will inspect the items(s) and issue or exchange accordingly. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
  2. Please note that returns can take up to 7 working days to process. Please note your credit note will be valid for 36 months and can be only be used online.

Faulty Items

Whilst we inspect each item that we send out to our customers to maintain a high level of quality in our products, should you receive an item with a manufacturing fault our team will provide you with a replacement garment should one be available and if not then a refund will be provided. Please note we will need to receive the faulty garment back before sending out a replacement. 

You will always be refunded by the method of payment used. In particular if your purchase from our online store was made with credit note or gift voucher then you will be refunded a credit note or gift voucher.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. If you have paid via paypal your payment will be refunded to your paypal account, if you have paid via credit card it will be returned to the card used.

Condition of returned Goods:

  • Item must be returned with in 14 days (21 days for international orders)
  • Any items returned after 14 days (21 days on international orders) will not be accepted.
  • If an item was purchased using a discount code you will only be refunded the amount paid for the garment.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 
  • The item must be returned in good condition (unless deemed to be faulty)
